I am an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Pisa. My research covers the following topics:

• Structured matrices (low-rank and hierarchical low-rank matrices, tensors, …),
• Matrix functions and matrix equations,
• Matrix polynomials and their linearizations, polynomial rootfinding.
